Scrambled ostrich egg — one ostrich egg equals ± 22 chicken eggs making this the ideal egg to use for a large group of people for instance at a champagne breakfast

Ingredients

1 ostrich egg
200 ml water
10 ml salt
40 ml butter

Method

Beat egg and water together, then add salt
Melt butter in a frying pan and add egg
Stir gently to scramble and serve immediately.
