Chilled Avocado Soup

There are many different ways of preparing avocado soup. This delicious fresh soup is quick and simple to make, perfect for hot summer days, as well as been a nice healthy option for an appetiser.
Ingredients
4 ripe avocados
juice of 2 limes
1 bunch of dhania
1 red chilli
500 ml water
1 red onion
45 ml sour cream
45 ml olive oil
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper
Method
Peel the red onion and avocados and discard the skin keeping only the flesh
Remove the seeds from the red chilli
Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
If the soup is too thick, add more water
Season with salt and pepper as desired
Serve chilled.
