Dhai, a Cape Malay accompaniment for spicy meat dishes made with yoghurt, spices and dhania. Very good with beryani.

  1. Place all ingredients except dhania in a food processor or blender and mix well

  2. Add dhania, stir and allow to stand for 1 hour to thicken and for the flavours to develop

  3. Serve with beryani.
